Extended Residential SUD
Treatment for Women
Solidify Your Recovery in a Safe, Supportive Environment
SFRC’s women’s extended residential treatment program in Santa Fe provides support 24/7 for up to 90 days in a therapeutic setting designed for women (and children 0-6) who have completed the short-term program and are ready to transition to a lower level of care. Acceptance to the program is based on an application process which you can start during short-term treatment with the guidance of your case manager.
Our program prepares you to integrate back into your community with the necessary skills for independent living by providing:
- Supportive housing
- Meals
- Individual and group therapy
- Peer support
Our Medical Technicians are available 24/7 to help you take medications on schedule, answer questions, encourage group attendance and provide supervision. You will receive guidance in nutrition, fitness, personal finance and job acquisition and retention.
We offer daily outings during approved times for tasks like shopping for hygiene products, paying bills, applying for jobs and housing, acquiring documents or attending medical appointments.
No touch inspections are required upon return and you may also be subject to UA or breathalyzer testing.
You will also be encouraged to mentor and support our short-term residential clients and facilitate Peer Groups.
