Crisis Center

Our crisis center in Gallup offers a calm, welcoming environment for any adult wanting a short-term, safe place for mental health help and resources.

We offer:

• Behavioral health and substance use disorder assessments, evaluation and screening  
• Crisis intervention, de-escalation, and recovery   
• Case management/linkage to services   
• Peer support  
• Safety and discharge planning

Amenities:

• A comfortable place to rest in a communal area similar to a living room  
• Calming and engaging activities to reduce stress and help manage emotions 
• Small space for secure storage of personal belongings   
• Access to crisis support staff  
• Snacks, drinks and access to a televison

First Responders/Referral Partners:

We gladly accept warm hand-offs from local law enforcement and other emergency services personnel, as well as referrals from local community resources such as clinics and hospitals. This ensures a seamless transition for individuals who need specialized behavioral health care and supports community partnerships that enhance overall public safety. 

Drop-off Process:

• Clients can be enrolled using the far door on the left at 2028 East Aztec Ave., Gallup, NM 87301.
• This location is easily accessible by car, public transportation, ambulance, or walking.
• Our goal is to have first responders or community partners able to drop off the individual in under ten minutes after arrival.
